About The Position

The Principal Associate, Process Management role at Capital One involves leading process design and consultation within the Well-Managed team of the COMPASS organization. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• At least 3 years of experience in Process Design and Process Management

Nice To Haves

• 4+ years of experience in Process Design and Process Management
• BPM Certification or Six Sigma Certification
• 1+ years of exposure to digital marketing or user-facing web technologies
• 1+ years of programming experience or exposure to query language
• 3+ years of experience with GSuite
• Experience with Jira or Confluence

Responsibilities

• Design processes that establish key guardrails for Marketing and Design partners while minimizing overhead to stay audit-ready.
• Drive well-managed innovation by understanding new products, technology, and incentives, and developing controls to mitigate unique risks.
• Act as a primary contact for risk partners such as the Business Risk Office and Compliance.
• Utilize analytical tools to assess marketing performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional Subject Matter Experts in Root Cause Analysis efforts.
