This Principal Associate position plays a critical role in supporting our Financial Services division and its people leaders through their people processes, problems, strategies and talent management systems. They will be a key member of our Emerging Talent HR team and get the opportunity to impact the division in the short and long term by supporting all aspects of the Students & Grads experience in Financial Services. They will work directly with the business as they navigate a variety of HR processes and talent challenges while also working closely with the Enterprise HR Students & Grads programs to both learn and provide valuable insight and guidance on where we might create efficiencies and achieve a better, more consistent experience for our Emerging Talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of client facing experience or at least 2 years of consulting experience or a combination of both
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of Project and/or Program Management experience
  • Professional Human Resources Certification

Responsibilities

  • Guide leaders and associates through navigating behavioral and performance related issues
  • Execute critical HR processes and policies within the FInancial Services division; Help people leaders understand how to support themselves on their most common needs
  • Plan and execute FS Specific S&G experiences like Onboarding, FS cross-functional training programs.
  • Support HRBPs and Financial Services leaders on ad hoc projects and programs
  • Partner with associate relations and other key partner groups while providing this guidance to leaders and associates
  • Provide updates to partners and HRBPs on themes within their partner group and make recommendations on where we may streamline our support model
  • Data collection, analysis, reporting, and process improvements
  • Other miscellaneous - deck writing, communications, answering stakeholder questions regarding our processes or systems, etc.
