The Card HRBP team is hiring a Principal Associate to lead projects and support key HR priorities within the HRBP Team. The Principal associate plays a critical role in identifying and executing on projects and process improvement areas across the broader Card Human Resource Business Partner teams along with planning, monitoring and coordinating logistics for a number of processes, such as talent management, performance management activities and organizational changes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of client facing experience
  • At least 2 years of project management experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • MBA or Master’s degree
  • Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification or combination
  • 4+ years of client facing experience
  • 3+ years Project Management experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources

Responsibilities

  • Interacting with partner groups, stakeholders, and HR Consultants to keep all informed, well-managed, and consistent in their processes and projects
  • Data collection, analysis, reporting, and process improvements
  • Project or process coordination and activity monitoring / auditing
  • Partner with Talent and Performance Management Champions to design and execute the annual talent and performance calendar of activities
  • Develop walk-around decks, communications, and training materials to be used in preparing managers and associates; may include facilitator or “train the trainer” sessions
  • Facilitate sessions and/or provide notes as needed
  • Prepare consolidated summaries for business leaders to describe outcomes of talent conversations
  • Complete promotion and compensation changes in Workday
  • Provide feedback to Chief of Staff team and Performance Management team to help drive continuous improvement of these programs
