About The Position

A visionary architect of the "ground truth" aesthetic. You will define the visual direction for characters and immersive worlds, bridging the gap between high-end art direction and disruptive R&D workflows. You’ll ensure that new technology empowers artists to reach unprecedented fidelity without legacy friction.

Requirements

Artistic Leadership: Proven track record as a Lead/Director on AAA titles (UE5 preferred).
Character Mastery: Sophisticated understanding of anatomy, materials, and lighting.
Cinematic Eye: Strong background in filmic composition and performance.
Technical Literacy: Comfortable discussing procedural systems and new tech with engineers.
Innovation Focused: A deep desire to disrupt traditional pipelines to achieve higher efficiency.

Responsibilities

Establish Ground Truth: Define definitive aesthetic targets and source assets for the project.
Direct Hero/NPC Visuals: Lead the design of high-fidelity characters for both combat and cinema.
Close the Film Gap: Drive real-time visuals toward pre-rendered standards in lighting and performance.
Lead R&D Art Pipelines: Collaborate with Engineers to prototype tools that accelerate asset creation.
Validate Quality: Act as the final authority on the aesthetic integrity of R&D-generated assets.
Mentor Culture: Transition the team from manual execution to high-level creative direction.
