Requirements

  • Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and five (5) years of related experience.
  • Work Experience. Five (5) years of experience must include: Working with Business Stakeholders and Service Technology Architecture teams to capture functional and technical requirements; Defining and documenting Data Integration Architectures/Solution Designs, ETL, Data Mapping for internal consumers of Enterprise Service data; Defining and documenting physical and virtual Data Integration Architectures for downstream integrations including Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift; Driving data standardization and reuse through strong use of data modeling and MDM practices; Databricks; PySpark; Python; AWS components; JSON; RDBMS; NoSQL databases such as Mongo or DynamoDB; Kafka; Golden Gate; Event based data pipleines (streaming, publish/subscribe) – RabbitMQ; GIT; Bitbucket; Jenkins; Public Cloud (AWS or Azure); Defining and designing security architectures and governance models; OracleDB; PL/SQL; REST Web Services; Microservices; and Docker.

  • Responsible for design, build and operation of cloud big data/data warehousing platforms and defining the architecture for integrating with Databricks Platform, AWS Cloud, Genesys Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CRM Analytics, Salesforce Data Cloud, Cognos, PowerBI, and other enterprise data.
  • Participate in the architecture, designing, and building of largescale distributed services-oriented systems, such as data lakes, data warehouses, AI/ML solutions, and reporting metadata layers.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, DevOps, and data architecture while influencing and governing current and future architectural blueprints and promoting architectural initiatives.
  • Design scalable, high performance data solutions to serve internal ADP teams responsible for BI/Analytics and Data Science (Generative AI, Large Language Models, etc.)
  • Develop and implement governance and security models that comply with CDO guidelines and ADP Security standards.
  • Implement Dev Ops and operational processes that ensure performance, reliability and resiliency.
