As a Principal Architect in the Single-Family Acquisition Architecture team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architectural landscape for the Single-Family Servicing and Operations domain. This includes overseeing critical areas such as Loan Activity Processing, Loss Mitigation Management, Valuation Management, Operations Transparency initiatives, Operations Command Center Solutions, Robotics Automation Solutions, and defining the End-to-End Target State technical framework. Your expertise in technical architecture, particularly in cloud environments, will be essential as you lead architectural decisions that align with industry best practices, including agile methodologies and microservices architecture. Additionally, your experience with Domain Driven Design practices will be invaluable in this role. You will report directly to the Vice President of Single-Family Architecture and will collaborate closely with the Vice President of Client's Single-Family Core Platforms and the Vice President of Operations Technology. This position offers the flexibility to tailor your daily activities while working alongside a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality results. Your responsibilities will include leading the architecture for Single Family Operations, optimizing and integrating various technology platforms, and ensuring robust functionality across systems and technology interfaces. You will also assess the performance of existing technology and communication systems, driving upgrades and optimizations to enhance future processes. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work cross-functionally within the architecture and technology organizations, influencing key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and compliance with architectural standards. Your ability to communicate clearly and present analyses will be crucial in persuading others and supporting your ideas with logical arguments and data. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to coach and mentor senior architects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
