Overview: The Opportunity You will be the technical authority for agentic AI strategic deals—designing enterprise-grade agent workflows, orchestration, tool integration, and governance. You’ll turn agentic AI from demos into production systems with clear controls, observability, and ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 10–15 years in solution/enterprise architecture, including significant work with AI/ML and modern enterprise integration landscapes.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM systems, tool-augmented workflows, and productionizing AI solutions.
  • Ability to influence senior technical and business stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and evaluation tooling; familiarity with enterprise governance standards.
  • Experience delivering AI solutions in regulated industries.
  • Agent orchestration concepts (planning, routing, tool execution, memory strategies, HITL).
  • Enterprise integration: APIs, eventing, identity, secrets, data platforms, and observability.
  • Operational rigor: SLOs, incident playbooks, evaluation pipelines, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end architecture for agentic AI solutions: orchestration, multi-agent patterns, tool/function calling, memory, and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Run discovery workshops to identify high-value agentic use cases and translate into solution blueprints and POV plans.
  • Define evaluation and observability for agents: success metrics, error taxonomies, guardrails, and continuous improvement loops.
  • Partner with security and platform teams to ensure data protection, access control, auditability, and responsible AI practices.
  • Author technical sections for RFPs/proposals and act as design authority across implementation teams.
  • Ability to travel frequently for customer workshops, data center / partner site visits, and exec meetings (typ. 25–40%, variable by deal stage).
