About The Position
Job Purpose Consult, architect, design and sell technology infrastructure solutions Essential Functions Consult with customers to gain an understanding of their business and the challenges that they face to develop technological solutions that create value for our customers -- 40% Develop designs and Statement of Work documents that can be used to aid the customer in enabling solution that aid the customers' business -- 20% Based on deep technical discussions with customers' provide feedback to product management to assist in evolving our services based on direct customer input -- 10% Present to customer executive management solutions and/or services that can are tailored to assist in addressing customers challenges -- solutions and service recommendations are based on analyzing customer environment, understanding business requirements and applying best practices and best-of-breed technologies to client solution recommendations -- 30% Education Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Experience Over 10 years in related field Over 10 years of relevant (proven) results based work experience in direct technical field or equivalent/related field Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Broad technical experience with emphasis on two or three of the technical pillars from the following list: Virtualization and Cloud Networking and Security Data Protection and Data Center Unified Communications Outstanding client-facing experience and skills Ability to grasp complex technology concepts and translate to practical business solutions
Requirements
- Over 10 years in related field
- Over 10 years of relevant (proven) results based work experience in direct technical field or equivalent/related field
- Broad technical experience with emphasis on two or three of the technical pillars from the following list: Virtualization and Cloud Networking and Security Data Protection and Data Center Unified Communications
- Outstanding client-facing experience and skills
- Ability to grasp complex technology concepts and translate to practical business solutions
