Description Key Responsibilities: We're seeking a dynamic technologist, primed and ready to embrace a dual role that balances product strategy with hands-on technical work. This role is pivotal to the transformation of our pricing engine, driving the development of new integration capabilities and modernizing its core. As part of this role, you'll immerse yourself in the pricing function, partnering with our Revenue Management team to decipher the subtleties of our operations and transform them into technical functionalities within our platform. You'll evolve into a reliable ally and collaborator, paving the way for new functionalities both for the present and future. Your technical leadership will be instrumental as you mentor our team, evaluate technical work, spearhead technical talent acquisition, and set standards. Your input will be crucial in steering our department's path and raising the bar for excellence. Qualifications What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications): Bachelor's degree Retail, Pricing, Revenue Management, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field preferred 7+ years experience in a lead software engineering role, systems integration, data systems, cloud technology and planning/completing strategic roadmaps Experience in designing and building applications using modern cloud infrastructure and support of highly available and resilient platforms. Experience in designing and building applications using AWS (or Azure or GCP) cloud architecture, services and support of highly available and resilient multi-region platforms Leadership experience and the ability to guide and inspire a team What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications): 2+ years working at an airline or an airline technology company Retail pricing expertise Expert in C# / .NET Experience owning incredibly high volume, business critical systems. Expertise with Accelya FLX-M or FMS The base pay range for this role is $140,600.00 to $183,108.00. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards. Requirements
