The WI Client & Participant Services Engineering & Automation team has a broad responsibility of supporting our clients in every aspect of operations from new client implementations, Backoffice processing to client service teams. We build tools and capabilities to support them. We have multiple applications and platforms focused on increasing efficiency, improving quality, and helping to streamline complex processes. We are looking for an architect who will partner to help our team support governance as well as helping to select the right tools and platforms for our developers while aligning with architecture standards and blueprint. You will provide leadership through structured discovery and problem analysis, data-driven decision making, adoption of standards, collaboration with key partners and evaluations and recommendations of solutions.
