In this role, you will play a crucial part in defining the technology direction and architectural strategy for the Application Enterprise Architecture Domain. Your expertise will guide the development of architectural best practices, standards, and guidelines, which will influence technology solutions across the organization. Your work will ensure that the architecture aligns with business needs and paves the way for innovative system solutions, directly impacting the company's future growth and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in architecture, technology design, and implementation.
  • Ability to work independently and creatively in a team environment.
  • Proven mentoring skills in architectural best practices.
  • Team lead experience with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in RDBMS and NoSQL platforms.
  • High degree of technical and business acumen.
  • Experience defining enterprise vision and liaising between business and development teams.
  • Understanding of data's implications on processes and technology.
  • Experience with Cloud infrastructure and Microservices Architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain portions of the Enterprise Architecture Strategy for the Application design area.
  • Develop architectural best practices, standards, and guidelines to drive technology design.
  • Guide the technical implementation of the Application domain, solving complex problems and recognizing opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage the growth and prioritization of application environments.
  • Assist in determining data security and privacy requirements for regulatory compliance.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of application solutions, from requirements analysis to deployment in Cloud infrastructures.
  • Explore emerging technologies and champion new ideas that could enhance revenue or efficiency.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to integrate emerging technologies.
  • Evaluate the impact of new technologies on architectural strategies.
  • Create proofs of concept and prototypes to validate ideas.
  • Conduct technical walkthroughs and presentations for stakeholders.
