The SM-3 IB team is expanding, and we’re seeking an experienced Program Controls Analyst to play a critical role in shaping the future of our production capabilities. In this unique and exciting position, you’ll provide essential financial and proposal support to expand our capacity for delivering on customer needs, while contributing to the execution of future production awards. As part of the Shipboard Missiles Strategic Business Unit, with annual sales of approximately $900M and a secure long-term business outlook, SM-3 offers a dynamic and stable environment for growth. This role is central to advancing our SM-3 IB proposal activities, including Munitions Acceleration and FY26+ production efforts. You’ll have the opportunity to manage the financials tied to increasing both our factory capacity and that of our suppliers, setting the stage for successful follow-on production awards.
