About the Team The AI Product Management team is at the forefront of AI innovation, defining platform strategy and integrating advanced AI/ML capabilities across our solutions with a strong focus on PLG motions and monetization models. As a key leader, you will drive innovative experiences with clear pricing tiers and value metrics, working closely with customers and partners to create scalable, self-service offerings that drive both adoption and revenue. Responsibilities Shaping end-to-end product direction through data-driven insights, code prototyping, and deep technical customer engagement with a focus on conversion metrics and monetization opportunities Leading product growth and GTM strategy for agentic AI solutions and developer APIs, designing tiered pricing models and self-service adoption funnels targeting aggressive YoY revenue growth Partnering closely with the legal team to manage data contracts and vendor relationships to optimize cost structures and maintain healthy margins Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and contractual obligations while maintaining frictionless user onboarding experiences Orchestrating cross-functional initiatives across research and engineering, developer relations, growth marketing, and technical sales teams to optimize the PLG flywheel Driving technical partnerships and API integrations with key platform providers to expand monetization channels and create new revenue opportunities What we're looking for Have a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Product Manager with deep expertise in enterprise software, AI technologies, and SaaS monetization models Demonstrate track record in Generative AI applications with proven experience in designing and scaling PLG motions for technical products Experience presenting to executives (internal and customer executives) with consultative professional business acumen and ability to articulate ROI and business value Experience with product analytics, A/B testing, and optimization of conversion funnels in developer-focused products Strong understanding of AI/ML pricing models, value metrics, and competitive landscape in the AI tooling market
