About The Position

As a Principal AI Consultant, you drive transformative, AI-enabled outcomes, shaping the future of enterprise technology. Operating as a trusted, billable strategic advisor, you'll collaborate with client leadership to co-create AI strategies that deliver measurable business value, from cost savings to revenue growth and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• 8+ years in AI consulting, strategy, or advisory roles (client-facing)
• Strong ability to define and translate business challenges into AI solutions
• Excellent stakeholder communication, trust-building, and executive presence

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with AI accelerators or enterprise-wide AI deployments
• Background in MLOps, responsible AI, or AI governance
• Track record of leading clients through AI strategy, delivery, and adoption
• Experience in key industries such as healthcare, financial services, or industrials

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior stakeholders to assess business priorities and identify strategic AI opportunities.
• Define, scope, and articulate high-impact AI use cases aligned to client objectives.
• Lead client relationships end-to-end, advocating for business goals, guiding delivery, and ensuring strategic alignment across teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and delivery teams, translating business needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Drive adoption and integration of AI into client operations, aligning strategy with culture and change management.
• Maintain full visibility into deliverables, utilization, and outcomes to ensure exceptional client value and firm profitability.
