While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. Requirements

High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 10 years of related work experience inâ¯cardiac mapping and navigation.
OR
Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 8 years of related work experience inâ¯cardiac mapping and navigation.
OR
Bachelor degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
Clinical Specialistsâ¯are required toâ¯be within their assigned territory each day to be available as unscheduled needs arise
Clinical Specialists will on occasion beâ¯requiredâ¯to travel outside of their assigned territory andâ¯possibility overnight
Mustâ¯have a valid driver's license
Ability to freely move throughout the facility, use a phone,â¯keyboardâ¯and mouse, visually able to interact with personal computers
Must be able to stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day
Must be able to drive approximately 25-50% of the time within assigned territory and may require overnight travel.
Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.â¯ In addition, your driving record will be reviewed and will be considered as part of your application.

Nice To Haves

B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with minimum of fourâ¯yearsâ¯work experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinicâ¯or sales.
Provenâ¯track recordâ¯with technical training assignments.
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical salesâ¯providingâ¯technical / clinical support.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.
Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products.
Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
Serves as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support.
Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology.
