We are looking for a Principal Advisor Governance to assist in the development and implementation of reward programs and policies. Provide technical guidance to various stakeholder groups and employees within the business. The role requires to provide strategic support and consulting services to the business units, benefit committees, HR operations and business support teams. Reporting to the Manager Benefits US & South America in a challenging and exciting environment, you will support the development of the global reward and benefits strategy and governance framework. Ensure that plans remain compliant and consistent in the delivery of rewards to members by identifying and providing advice on any issues of opportunity areas in the business. Research/monitor developments in reward design, systems and structures and ensure compliance with legal requirements and legislation. Advise leaders on the policy and implementation of approved rewards strategy, systems and programs.
