  • Hold a Nebraska Administrative Certificate with a 7-12 endorsement.
  • Act as a practicing Catholic in good standing with the church.
  • Communicate the mission and vision of the school to all constituents.
  • Collaborate with the PreS-8 Principal on curriculum planning and staff development.
  • Work with the school's chief administrative officer and administrative team to promote a positive image of the school.
  • Play a key role in strategic planning for the school.
  • Manage staff, resources, and school operations for an efficient environment.
  • Schedule and oversee day-to-day operations of the athletics/activities programs.
  • Supervise coaching staff and maintain communication throughout their seasons.
  • Work with the business manager to create budgets for each program.
  • Certified 9-12 Principal with a Nebraska Administrative Certificate and 7-12 endorsement.
  • Practicing Catholic in good standing with the church.
  • Effective communication skills to articulate the school's mission and vision.
  • Experience in managing staff and school operations.
  • Ability to coordinate schedules and manage multiple tasks.
