We are seeking an Account Manager to join our dynamic Life Sciences team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives, gaining market share and profitability levels in the single use bioprocessing industry. This role will also foster and build customer relationships, gain greater customer intimacy, and drive our overall value as a strategic partner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years progressive sales experience in BioPharm industry including experience in purification, separation and filtration technologies.
  • Experience in supporting upstream and downstream bioprocessing steps with single-use technologies including but not limited to: hardware e.g, mixers, storage and/or transfer systems, freezers, etc., single use systems, single-use componentry, sterile and/or depth filtration, and cold-chain technologies.
  • Strong background in supporting and selling filtration technologies including but not limited to: sterile filtration, depth filtration, and clarification filtration.
  • Strong financial acumen and deep understanding of the market, existing business trends, competitive landscape, market size, target customers, their problems and needs.
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills, as well as interpersonal skills to communicate, influence and lead others.
  • Technical understanding of customer's needs and ability to move opportunities from engagement to evaluation.
  • Self-starter who is curious, agile and creative.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies to grow sales of Entegris Life Sciences technologies, including single-use systems, sterile filtration, freeze/thaw solutions, and high-purity materials.
  • Align customer and Entegris technology roadmaps, focusing on bioprocessing, cell and gene therapy, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to customers and internal teams, translating business needs into product development opportunities.
  • Manage pipeline and qualified leads to optimize revenue, margin, and market share across critical fluid handling and filtration platforms.
  • Lead pricing and contract negotiations, ensuring effective ASP management for consumables and engineered systems.
  • Oversee channel partner performance and alignment, recommending alternative routes to market for growth.
  • Serve as escalation point for customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder visibility.
  • Deliver accurate monthly forecasts informed by customer demand and production planning.
  • Represent Entegris at industry events, promoting innovative life sciences solutions.
  • Collaborate across divisions to deliver integrated, best-in-class customer solutions.
