This position facilitates PECO's strategic planning process, developing, managing, and evaluating high profile, complex projects/programs/initiatives involving multiple organizations from planning to post implementation phases. The role includes developing business plans, project charters, and performance metrics in support of business objectives, ensuring organizational alignment with management models and principles, and driving the integration of best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or S.T.E.M. field with a minimum of 7-10 years relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of applicable standards, methods, processes and practices, business fundamentals, and performance metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in standard software applications (e.g., Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, & PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to create value with advanced problem solving, financial/analytical, performance management, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a cross-functional team.
  • Customer driven with demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • In lieu of degree, 9-12 years of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or Master's degree in a business or S.T.E.M. field.
  • Certification as: Certified Associate in Project Mgmt (CAPM) OR Project Management Professional (PMP) OR Six Sigma Black Belt.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and systems.
  • Expert analytical skills for including analysis of complex projects with economic, financial, risk and decision analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to use PowerBI to analyze large data sets.
  • Strong communications skills, able to create high quality PowerPoint presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Direct development and lead teams on strategic business initiatives, projects, and programs.
  • Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis of opportunities and processes, performance measurement, and/or quality assurance.
  • Manage scope, schedule, and budget for strategic high profile, complex organizational projects and programs.
  • Facilitate strategic communication to and by executive leadership.
  • Manage and report on process/project/initiative assignments.
  • Develop performance indicators and tracking mechanisms to monitor and report results.
  • Oversee, prepare, review, and analyze reports and controls for strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Develop work plans to implement corrective actions identified as a result of performance assessment.
  • Oversee the establishment of strategic plans and objectives across multiple areas/departments.
  • Lead stakeholders in the development of business cases and prioritization of deliverables.
  • Lead change management activities for strategic projects, programs, and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement training of employees and external personnel for new processes and procedures.
  • Drive the integration of best practices within the organization.

Benefits

  • Annual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $109,600.00/Yr. – $150,700.00/Yr.
