About The Position

The PrimeServ Omnicare Manager, Region Americas is responsible for driving the strategic growth, execution, and operational success of the Omnicare third‑party service business across the Americas region. This role serves as the central point of expertise for developing the Omnicare portfolio, supporting Independent Group Companies (IGCs), and strengthening Everllence’ s presence as a multi‑OEM service provider. The manager leads regional strategy development, supports local teams in market expansion, and ensures alignment with global PrimeServ initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of proven experience in aftermarket services, rotating equipment, or turbomachinery, with the ability to interpret technical and commercial requirements across multi‑OEM equipment portfolios.
  • Demonstrated capability in regional business development, including setting and executing growth strategies, defining sales targets, and identifying priority customers and equipment.
  • Strong background in customer acquisition, contract negotiation, and relationship management, from prospecting through contract approval and closing.
  • Experience supporting and developing IGCs (Independent Group Companies) through capability building, market expansion, and operational execution across multiple locations.
  • Skilled in market and competitor analysis, gathering and communicating intelligence to shape strategy, forecast opportunities, and guide regional development.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional coordination with sales, engineering, production, and HQ to deliver integrated customer solutions and strengthen brand portfolio performance.
  • Strong organizational and financial acumen, including budget planning, revenue tracking, KPI reporting, and follow‑up on open payments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to succeed in a matrixed, region–global operating model.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and climb stairs during customer visits and tours of industrial facilities.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. and wear required PPE (safety shoes, hearing protection, hard hat, safety glasses).
  • Comfortable working in industrial environments during site visits, including exposure to noise, heat, vibration, and moving equipment.
  • Ability to travel frequently, including domestic and international trips to IGCs, customers, and regional sites

  • Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent) with a concentration in Business Administration, Strategy, Operations/Supply Chain, Engineering Management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the regional Omnicare business strategy, ensuring alignment with global PrimeServ initiatives and regional market needs
  • Support and guide IGCs (Independent Group Companies) across the Americas in growing their Omnicare business, including market development, capability building, and execution support
  • Analyze market conditions, customer needs, and regional competencies to determine required skills, future capability development, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage and develop the Omnicare brand and product portfolio within the region, assessing product potential and collaborating with HQ on sourcing agreements and strategic priorities.
  • Define and drive regional sales targets, identifying target customers and equipment categories, and ensuring robust sales funnel activity across locations
  • Lead customer acquisition efforts, including customer visits, prospecting, and negotiation of contracts and service agreements to secure profitable business.
  • Monitor and manage regional budgets, including planning, resource allocation, revenue tracking, and follow‑up on open payments.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration between customers, sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure optimal solutions and customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and communicate market intelligence, including competitor activity and project opportunities, to inform regional and global strategy
  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans tailored to market needs, brand strategy, and growth initiatives
  • Prepare structured monthly business reviews and KPI reports, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and actionable performance insights.
  • Provide on‑site and remote support to regional teams, acting as the subject‑matter expert and primary point of contact for Omnicare business development in the Americas
