About The Position

The PRIME Sales Representative is responsible for driving employer adoption of the Next Level PRIME program. This role focuses on selling advanced primary care solutions to employers, brokers, municipalities, school districts, and small-to-mid sized businesses. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and be measured on revenue, new client starts, and long-term relationship growth. This is a build-the-market, create-demand, close-deals role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ability to negotiate and close deals while building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop tailored sales strategies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to overcome obstacles.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new employer and broker relationships through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Manage full sales cycle: discovery, presentation, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new revenue and start goals
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline in CRM with accurate forecasting
  • Represent PRIME at broker meetings, employer events, trade shows, and community functions
  • Educate prospects on advanced primary care, value-based care, and cost-containment strategies
  • Position PRIME as a strategic solution to employer healthcare challenges
  • Build strong partnerships with brokers, consultants, and referral sources
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handoff after close
  • Maintain detailed notes, activity tracking, and deal stages in CRM
  • Follow defined sales process and performance standards
  • Provide feedback on market trends, objections, and competitive activity
