About The Position

Must be able to mix and measure paint per specifications. Review work order and confirm mixed paint and part match, prior to painting in the booth. Clean parts as per specification. Paint part according to specification and thickness. Keep paint booth filters changed, booth FOD free, and complete paperwork. Post paint inspection of parts for appearance and proper coverage. Able to paint effectively on different surfaces and metals. Applied some advanced skills that allow employees to adapt and meet some complex or non-routine situations. Observe safety regulations and wear protective masks and clothing during spray painting operations. Complete the paint daily checklist. Properly utilizes all PPE requires under OSA Guidelines. Maintains all paint equipment. Other duties as assigned.

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) (Required)
  • 1 plus years of experience in Aircraft Painting
