About The Position
The position involves providing friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members. Responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests, assigning seating, and escorting guests to their tables. The role requires following company procedures for seating guests, maintaining customer flow, and participating as a team member with servers, bussers, supervisors, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Additional duties include maintaining dining areas, responding to telephone inquiries, utilizing an electronic reservation system, and adhering to uniform and grooming requirements. Safety and compliance with regulatory and company policies are essential, along with performing other job-related duties as assigned.
