About The Position

Deliver client satisfaction and enhanced financial results through the management of operational issues impacting the target clients Coordinate internal resources to ensure that the client is appropriately supported Perform regular service reviews and develop actions plans to address issues and deliver solutions as well as perform regular face-to-face client meetings Lead strong governance and controls Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure Build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics Adhere to all policies and procedures as defined by your role which will be communicated to you Obtain and maintain all registrations/licenses which are required for your role, within the appropriate timeframe Assisting more senior team members with administrative sales functions

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of relevant experience
  • Proven analytical and organizational skills
  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Consistently demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment
  • Series 7 and 63 preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master's degree preferred.
