Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent licensure preferred).
Experience in substance use disorder treatment and/or mental health counseling.
Passion for person-centered, trauma-informed, and multi-pathway approaches to recovery.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
Collaborate with peer support specialists, medical providers, and families to ensure holistic care.
Facilitate family support sessions to strengthen recovery outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Stay up to date on best practices in addiction treatment and mental health care.
