Primary Therapist Virtual Adolescent Eating Disorder Program (Part-Time, Remote) Location: Remote (Massachusetts and/or Connecticut licensure required) Schedule: Part-Time Program: Virtual Adolescent Program Monte Nido is a nationally recognized leader in eating disorder treatment, with over 20 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care. Our treatment model combines medically sophisticated services with a highly personalized approach, supporting adolescents and adults at every stage of recovery. Our multidisciplinary teams integrate medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and therapeutic expertise to deliver comprehensive eating disorder treatment in a supportive, client-centered environment. Monte Nido is committed to clinical excellence, innovation, and whole-person healing. Monte Nido is seeking a Primary Therapist to join our Virtual Adolescent Program. This fully remote, part-time role provides specialized outpatient-level care to adolescents (and potentially adults) diagnosed with eating disorders. Requirements
- Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline, at minimum
- State license (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
- Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
- VIRTUAL EMPLOYEES: We have the same expectations for employees as we do for clients. We ask that you always have camera on and join from a private space free from other noises and distractions (e.g. not in car) when meeting with clients or joining a clinical staff meeting. You will need a reliable video conferencing setup including camera, microphone and stable, high speed Internet connection. You will also need to be prepared for a back-up in the event of technology failures. We also expect that you consider your personal appearance in much the same way you would if you were seeing clients in-person. You will also need to keep your background (behind the camera) clean and professional.

Responsibilities
- Providing individual, group, and family therapy
- Serving as liaison with families and outpatient providers
- Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management
- Participating in discharge and aftercare planning
- Therapeutic meal support, while modeling a healthy relationship with food
- Provides safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstance based on the clients' intersecting identities
