Primary Therapist (Adolescents – Bilingual English/Spanish or Portuguese)

About The Position

We’re seeking a compassionate, bilingual therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents in our Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs. This role is hands-on, collaborative, and deeply impactful — guiding teens and families toward meaningful healing and growth.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English & Spanish or English & Portuguese) — must conduct therapy sessions in Spanish or Portuguese.
• Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern or Licensed Clinician (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
• 2+ years of experience with adolescents in a treatment setting (IOP/PHP preferred).
• Must pass a Level 2 background check and drug test

Nice To Haves

• Skilled in CBT, DBT, MI , and family systems work.
• Confident leading groups and engaging parents.
• Empathetic, dependable, and passionate about adolescent wellness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions in Spanish or Portuguese and English for assigned caseload.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and documentation.
• Facilitate daily groups and participate in team treatment meetings.
• Uphold compliance with DCF and Joint Commission standards.
