About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Therapist to join our morning clinical team. This position plays a critical role in shaping the daily therapeutic experience for our adult PHP and IOP clients. You’ll manage a consistent caseload, lead daily group sessions, and collaborate closely with case managers, BHTs, and leadership to ensure holistic, integrated care.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Active Florida licensure or registered intern status (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT or RMHCI/RCSWI/Intern) preferred
• Experience working with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders
• Familiarity with EHR systems (Kipu experience a plus)
• Experience with group therapy required

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 8–10 adult clients in our PHP/IOP program
• Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions, family sessions, and maintain clinical documentation in accordance with state and Joint Commission standards
• Facilitate 1–2 group therapy sessions per day, including psychoeducation, relapse prevention, process groups, and creative therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate actively with case managers, BHTs, and medical staff during daily morning huddles and weekly treatment team meetings
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and progress
• Communicate with families and support systems as clinically appropriate
• Participate in supervision, trainings, and clinical audits as needed
