United Recovery Project Behavioral Health is seeking a master’s-level Primary Therapist to join our Mental Health Residential Treatment Program. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, clinically skilled behavioral health professional who is passionate about treating high-acuity mental health disorders, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and other complex psychiatric conditions, while providing evidence-based, patient-centered care in a structured residential setting. At United Recovery Project, we pride ourselves on a close-knit, family-oriented culture where collaboration and teamwork are at the core of everything we do. We believe that strong clinical support leads to better patient outcomes and creates a more fulfilling work environment. Our team is supported through ongoing supervision, professional development opportunities, and a leadership structure that values clinical integrity, growth, and work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical foundation, the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, and experience working with high-acuity mental health populations. Candidates must be able to pass a Level 2 background screening in accordance with state regulations. The Primary Therapist will provide individual and group therapy, develop and maintain individualized treatment plans, complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support patients in a structured mental health residential setting.
