Primary Teacher - St. Charles School
About The Position
St. Charles Catholic School, located in Bloomington, is seeking a full-time primary teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. St. Charles serves students in pre-school through 8th grade and has a long history rooted in the Catholic faith. St. Charles is seeking a compassionate teacher who will build relationships, engage students in hands-on learning, and positively contribute to the school community. The teacher would be responsible for establishing routines and procedures, building positive relationships, and teaching a standards-aligned curriculum that ensures a student's love of learning and growth. Modeling Christian values in a faith environment is a priority. Additional duties, beyond the classroom assignment, may also be assigned. Teacher candidates will be responsible for lesson planning, curricular mapping, and all other teaching-related expectations. Collaboration with other teachers and a commitment to professional development are key.
Requirements
- Valid Indiana teaching license
- Bachelor's degree
