Together, we make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families. The Registered Nurse will provide care at Unity’s 12-bed Meng Residence and cross-train to care for patients in the community as needed. The Residence Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the overall care of the patients and families. The primary RN directs the activities of other nursing personnel and works in conjunction with interdisciplinary team members. During periods when census is higher, you will be cross-trained and expected to support your team by assisting with taking on a small caseload of patients, serving as a Float Registered Nurse as needed within the community, seeing patients in the home, and within facilities. This collaborative approach ensures that all patients receive the highest level of care, regardless of fluctuating caseloads. Schedule: 36 hours per week, consisting of three 12-hour overnight shifts (6:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.), every other weekend, and 2–3 holidays per year. Why Unity?
