Primary Grades Teacher - Lower School (2026-2027)
About The Position
Lake Highland's Lower School seeks a Primary Grades teacher to instruct students according to the prescribed LHP curriculum for the PreK - 2nd grade-level class(es) assigned to the teacher. The teacher will perform related teaching tasks and functions such as planning, research, parent communication, curriculum alignment, assessment, and record-keeping in an efficient and effective manner. As needed, the teacher will also willingly participate in the school community and student co-curricular activities. This is a full-time, fully benefitted, 10-month position. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
- Must have a college major or be certified, or working toward certification, in the area of study for which they are responsible for the major portion of the day.
Nice To Haves
- Previous related teaching experience is preferred.
