About The Position
POSITION: Primary Crusher Operator SHIFT: 12 hours Rotating LOCATION: Clear Brook, VA STARTING PAY RATE: $28.11 GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Hi-Cal Crusher POSITION: Primary Crusher Operator SHIFT: 12 hours Rotating LOCATION: Winchester STARTING PAY RATE: $28.11 GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Hi-Cal Crusher Responsibilities of the position include: Perform pre-shift of plant and conveyors Performs general plant cleanup Perform daily greasing of plant and conveyors Maintain dust suppression system And other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: Safely complete other assigned training. Safely meet the supervisor’s standards of performance. Safely fill in as needed during vacation, absences, and increased production demands Safely replace or assist other workers as needed. Safely perform other tasks as assigned by supervision or designated lead person. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; walk (including on uneven surfaces); climb stairs (multiple levels/floors) and ladders; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arm; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; and taste or smell; and is occasionally required to stand. Additionally, the job required the employee to work on occasion at heights.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Willing to work weekends and on call hours
- 5+ years of mechanical experience in an industrial manufacturing environment; willing and able to work rotating shifts
