About the position

Responsibilities
- Assist residents in the special rehabilitation program by providing program implementation through documentation, supervision, and training.
- Perform resident assessments and initiate care plans within 72 hours of admission.
- Implement standard behavioral treatment procedures with all residents.
- Use behavioral and cognitive principles to analyze and teach new behavior patterns to residents.
- Monitor and supervise residents according to facility policies.
- Ensure a safe environment for residents.
- Work cooperatively with members of other departments to provide interdisciplinary care.
- Identify, report, and respond to extreme behavior in accordance with applicable regulations and policies.
Requirements
