About The Position
The primary purpose of this position is to plan, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive school counseling program at the assigned campus. The counselor will work to fully develop each student's academic, career, personal, and social abilities, addressing the needs of special population students. Responsibilities include delivering guidance curriculum in various group sizes, educating students on skills necessary to address troublesome circumstances, supporting students in challenging situations, and assisting them with needed resources to navigate crisis situations.
