About The Position

This position encompasses the coordination of the clinical and operational functions of the unit on assigned shifts under the direction of the manager, through the coordination/delegation of patient care assignments and the supervision of licensed and unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience on assigned unit.
• Previous leadership, judgment, and problem-solving experience.
• Effective communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage/prioritize work assignments.
• Demonstrated leadership skills through collaborative practice.
• Demonstrated time management skills to the satisfaction of the director.
• Current nursing license in the state of California.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card.
