Requirements

• Active LPN license with a diploma in Practical Nursing and 2-3 years of experience preferred.
• Active RN license with an Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing or a Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor's degree, along with 2-3 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage triage calls and messages for the clinic.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers.
• Complete three months of on-site training before transitioning to hybrid work.
• Attend monthly clinic meetings and be available on-site 1-2 times per week.
