Candidate can be a licensed MD, DO, FNP, or PA. This position is located at our clinic in The Dalles, Oregon and will be limited in duration (October 5, 2026 - June 30, 2027) with a possibility of extension. 0.75 - 1.0 Full-time position, covering a patient panel for a provider that will be taking a leave of absence. Provide comprehensive family medicine services. Work in a collaborative environment, alongside experienced clinicians.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school with current Board Certification.
  • Current Oregon NP or PA license.
  • DEA licensure in good standing.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years' experience in Primary Care
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Experience with Epic EMR

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive family medicine services.
  • Covering a patient panel for a provider that will be taking a leave of absence.
