About the Role As a Primary Care Physician at NIVA Health, you will: Deliver holistic, patient-centered care — preventive, acute, and chronic Build strong, ongoing relationships with patients within an established and growing clinic Work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team including Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and clinic leadership Contribute to shaping the patient experience and clinical processes for this new service line Focus on quality of care, continuity, and thoughtful medicine — not rushed volume Participate in a profit-sharing program, recognizing your role in the clinic’s long-term growth This role offers the opportunity to help grow Primary Care at NIVA while keeping your focus firmly on what matters most: your patients and your practice. Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Active medical license in the state of Florida / Michigan
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in innovative or regenerative medicine is a plus (not required)
