About The Position
Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) | Full-Time Location: Seattle, Washington A well-established, not-for-profit healthcare system in the Seattle, Washington area is actively seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join its expanding outpatient network. This is a team-based, patient-centered environment serving a diverse patient population, with strong system-wide clinical support and resources. The organization participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program ! Position Overview Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages (FM) or adult population (IM) Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, and heart disease Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management Participate in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and multidisciplinary care teams This role is ideal for a physician who values continuity of care, work-life balance, and practicing in a collaborative outpatient setting. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Washington State medical license (or eligible) Active/Eligible DEA registration Strong communication and patient-centered care approach Compensation is open to discussion and commensurate with experience.
