About The Position

Pagosa Springs Medical Center has an opening for a Full-Time Primary Care Physician. The primary care physician will work in PSMC’s Rural Health Clinic and provide diagnostic and medical care for patients. The primary care physician will also participate in patient satisfaction programs, quality improvement initiatives and any organizational or departmental goals and objectives to assure safe, quality care.

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Responsibilities

Benefits

• paid time off for full-time physician: 260 hours per year
• A “starting work” bonus of $20,000 payable two weeks after starting work.
• A CME allowance of $6,000 annually (gross and subject to taxes) for full-time physicians.
