It is a highly regarded well-established practice with limited on call obligations. You will work with 3 Physicians in a collegial environment known for exceptional care and strong community relationships. We have a busy, established practice in a family-friendly location. This practice sees patients ages 18+. Requirements

MD or DO with CT State License, Federal DEA and State Controlled Substance Registration
Have successfully completed a Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine Residency.
Must be Board Certified or be Board Eligible
Off-hour coverage – Shared among multiple providers, phone-calls only, with nurse triage
