Requirements

MD or DO with CT State License, Federal DEA and CT State Controlled Substance Registration
Successful completion of Internal or Family Medicine Residency but the practice sees Adults only
Board Certified or Board Eligible
After-hour coverage – light call volume to physician, shared among multiple providers to decrease call frequency, phone-calls only (after nurse triages first line)
