Community Health Partners (CHP) is seeking full-time Primary Care physicians to join our thriving, well-established primary care practices located throughout Fresno and Clovis. Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) required
- Eligible to be licensed to practice Medicine in the state of California required
Responsibilities
- Preform wellness and health exams and other preventative screenings
- Review prescription medicines
- Review lab results
- Treat illness and injuries
- Treat chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure, chronic pain, depression, anxiety and high cholesterol
- Refer to specialty care, as needed
