About The Position

This role is with a well-established, community-centered healthcare organization serving diverse patient populations across the Tampa area. The primary care program supports full-spectrum outpatient services, including pediatrics, adult medicine, chronic disease management, preventive health, women’s health services, and integrated behavioral health. The organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician (FM or IM) to join its outpatient care team in the Tampa, FL region. Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to community-based primary care

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations (based on specialty)
• Diagnose and manage chronic and acute medical conditions
• Conduct physical exams, preventive visits, immunizations, and routine screenings
• Coordinate care with specialists, behavioral health teams, and care managers
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the EMR
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programs
• Foster strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families
