Primary Care Physician (Immediate or General Interest)

Greenbrook Medical•Gibsonton, FL
11d

About The Position

Primary Care Physicians provide daily care to patient panels capped at approximately 500 patients. This model emphasizes work-life balance while delivering a concierge-like experience for patients. With a panel size limited to 500, physicians typically see around 12 patients per full day, allowing 30 to 45 minutes per visit to address each patient's needs thoroughly. Patient appointments are generally scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., leaving additional time for urgent patient needs and administrative tasks. Administrative burdens are significantly reduced thanks to a dedicated team of coders who handle pre-charting and post-visit reviews, streamlining clinical documentation. Medical assistants manage administrative and care coordination tasks, enabling physicians to focus entirely on patient care and providing an exceptional experience.
