Your Impact As a physician and leader in our APC clinics, you will: Provide exceptional care: Deliver personalized, patient-centered care with lower panel sizes, longer visits, and reduced administrative burden. Inspire and lead the team: Serve as a clinical leader, mentoring and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including clinical pharmacists, nurses, health coaches, behavioral health specialists, and medical assistants, to deliver holistic, coordinated care. Champion value-based care: Lead by example in adopting value-based care principles to proactively educate, navigate, and support patients throughout their healthcare journey.
