Primary Care Physician | Full-Time Location: Hilton Head, South Carolina A well-established healthcare organization in the Hilton Head, South Carolina area is actively seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join its expanding outpatient team. The position emphasizes outpatient medicine with strong specialist collaboration and minimal hospital responsibilities. Both new graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply! Position Overview Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic diseases Conduct preventive health visits and routine physical examinations Develop personalized treatment plans and coordinate specialty referrals Collaborate with advanced practice providers and care management teams Utilize EMR systems to ensure accurate and efficient documentation Participate in quality initiatives and population health programs
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligible for South Carolina State medical licensure
- Active or eligible DEA registration
- Strong diagnostic, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care
