Requirements
- Current MD/DO medical license in the state of Colorado or ability to attain
- Board Certified in Family/Internal Medicine or in the process of obtaining certification
- Colorado Pharmacy/DEA Registration if applicable to practice

- Fluency in Epic EMR systems & technology
- Experience in providing patient care under a Global Risk/Medicare Advantage Model
