Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Primary Care Physician to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Roosevelt. Opportunity Details: Attend to underserved patient population. Practice independently within multidisciplinary FQHC, serving as the primary internal medicine provider on-site. Robust analytic support from the Office of Ambulatory Care & Population Health. Access provided to NYC Health + Hospitals Quality Academy training for emerging leaders. Responsible for the supervision of mid-level providers. Arrange patient session schedules that allow for both scheduled and non-emergent unscheduled (walk-in) visits by their primary care patients. Daytime schedule with no call duties.

Requirements

Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine required
Active New York State medical license required
At least 2 years of clinical experience required

Benefits

Annual Base Salary: $236,000 (board eligible); $241,000 (board certified) based on 40-hour work week.
Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $315,120 (board eligible) and $320,620 (board certified)
Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.
401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
